We’re looking for a Service Technician to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a service technician. In this role, you’ll perform work detailed on repair orders, accurately diagnose issues, and complete repairs efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately, following dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Test‑drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and specialized equipment to identify problems
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor regarding additional service needs and provide accurate repair time estimates
  • Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as an automotive service technician (Ford dealership experience preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • B-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
  • Excellent mechanical, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Solid computer skills and familiarity with diagnostic systems
  • Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning and improvement
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
