About the Role
HR Advisor/Consultant
Northampton
Salary - up to £35k
ACS Staffing Solutions are recruiting an HR Advisor/Consultant on a permanent basis to join our locally based client in supporting SME clients.
Key Expertise, Skills, and Attributes Required- At least 3 years' experience in HR with up to date working knowledge of employment legislation and case law
- Worked in SME's, responsible for all aspects of HR
- Used to dealing with people management challenges
- ER Casework, Investigations, Disciplinary, Dispute Resolution, Absence management
- Managed complex disciplinary and grievance cases
- Not risk averse, with the ability to advise leadership on best course of action
- Tribunal Case Management / Hearings - an advantage but not essential
- Commercial approach with knowledge of how business operates
- An open and inquisitive mind
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Agility to manage multiple clients and stakeholders
- Resilient and resourceful
- Most important, sense of humour
- Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified
The role is full time, based out of the Northampton town centre office/home with client visits as required.
