Product Safety System Lead

You will lead and evolve the product safety system to ensure compliant SDS and labelling outputs across JM and Catalyst Technologies. You'll collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and global teams, shaping how we manage safety data and regulatory changes. You will onboard new businesses, advise on system updates, and train users to sustain timely, compliant safety documentation. This role supports JM's mission of safe, sustainable solutions by aligning software with global requirements and vendor roadmaps.

Pay / Benefits

• Coordinate with JMIT to maintain and enhance the product safety system (Sphera) for compliance and stability
• Support development of the product safety system to meet evolving global regulatory requirements (GHS, REACH)
• Lead onboarding of new JM businesses onto the product safety system for safety data sheets and labels
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global SDS and labelling legislation for system compliance
• Represent JM in Sphera User Group forums and align JM requirements with vendor roadmap
• Evaluate impact and timing of system updates and proposed changes
• Provide training and ongoing support to CoE and Business users for timely, compliant SDS and labels outputs

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex information
• Strong IT and data management skills (database handling, system configuration, data analysis)
• Scientific degree or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication, stakeholder engagement
