Car Sales Executive

Location: Great Houghton

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable main dealer in Northampton, for a Car Sales Executive position.

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

Selling new and used vehicles within a fast-paced dealership environment
Presenting vehicle features and benefits to customers to assist in vehicle selection
Managing customer enquiries and guiding buyers through the entire sales process
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Selling finance, insurance, and additional products in line with customer needs and regulatory standards
Delivering exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and objectives as a Car Sales Executive
Supporting the dealership’s reputation for high stock turnover and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Previous automotive sales experience is highly desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service abilities
Good organisational and administrative skills
Competent IT skills
Positive, proactive, and target-driven approach
Ensuring compliance with all industry standards and regulations
