Car Sales Executive

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable main dealer in Northampton, for a Car Sales Executive position.

• Sell new and used vehicles within a fast-paced dealership environment
• Present vehicle features and benefits to customers to assist in vehicle selection
• Manage customer enquiries and guide buyers through the entire sales process
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Sell finance, insurance, and additional products in line with customer needs and regulatory standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and objectives
• Support the dealership's reputation for high stock turnover and customer satisfaction

• Previous automotive sales experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
