Salary: £28,000 per annum + Bonus
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Are you looking for a long-term warehouse role with a supportive team, excellent benefits, and a great work-life balance? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business based in Northampton for a Warehouse Operative to join their friendly and professional operation.

What's on Offer?
£28,000 annual salary
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
No weekend working
26 days annual holiday plus bank holidays
Up to 5% annual performance bonus based on picking accuracy and productivity
Private medical cover after 3 months' service

Key Responsibilities
Picking and packing customer orders accurately
Using handheld scanners and warehouse systems
Receiving and booking in deliveries
Stock replenishment and inventory checks
Preparing goods for dispatch
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and organisation
Working as part of a close-knit warehouse team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time
What We're Looking For
Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
Good communication skills
