Packaging Operator

To expand our production team, we are looking for a Packaging Operator at Merenda Foods. Are you technically minded, do you work with precision, and do you enjoy keeping track of everything on the production floor? If so, we warmly invite you to join us and help produce organic snacks for customers at home and abroad.

You’ll work alongside a dedicated team in a modern and clean production environment. Our packaging lines are largely automated. You’ll keep a close eye on the process and ensure that everything continues to run safely and efficiently.

• Operating, setting up, and modifying fully automated packaging lines
• Monitoring the progress and quality of the packaging process
• Troubleshooting minor malfunctions and contacting technical support when necessary
• Conducting quality checks on products and packaging
• Ensuring a clean and safe work environment
• Working in three shifts: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m., and 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.

As a Packaging Operator, you enjoy working with technology, maintain an overview, and quickly notice when something needs extra attention. You take responsibility and remain calm.

• Some experience as a Production Worker / Operator / Machine Operator
• Proficiency in Dutch and/or English
• Living in the immediate vicinity of Cuijk

• A full‑time job (40 hours) working three shifts
• A salary between €3,350 and €3,800 gross per month, including a shift differential
