As a Shift Leader at KFC, you are an inspiring leader working closely with the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to ensure our core operations run at peak performance. Our Shift Leaders come from a variety of backgrounds—ranging from supermarkets and cafés to retail and banking—but all share the same passion for great leadership and caring for their team. Your role is to coach and guide your team of about 7 to 25 members, ensuring a reliable and consistent experience for our guests.

As a Shift Leader, you’ll be active on the floor, ensuring a well-coordinated team and delivering the best service to our guests. Your responsibilities include:

Leading the team on the floor, making sure our guests always receive top-notch service by monitoring team performance and supporting management when necessary

Taking responsibility for opening and closing shifts, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld in the restaurant

Training and coaching your team to deliver their best performance, while also working on your own development goals with support from your manager

Experience in leading and developing diverse teams, strong communication skills, and a knowledge of HR processes are a plus

A proven track record in enhancing guest experience and driving sales

Experience in understanding profit and loss factors, managing costs, and making effective decisions

We offer you:

Employment conditions and salary in accordance with the hospitality collective labor agreement (CAO); €2,200 – €2,500 per month based on a full-time contract, depending on your knowledge and experience.

Travel allowance of €0.14 per kilometer.

8% holiday allowance and 25 vacation days.
