Happy Nurse in Cuijk zoekt een Begeleider niveau 3 voor het bieden van dagelijkse ondersteuning aan cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking. Je coacht hen naar meer zelfstandigheid en zorgt voor een veilige, gestructureerde omgeving.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor individuele begeleidingsplannen en het ondersteunend bij ADL-taken. Bovendien organiseer je sociale activiteiten en werk je samen met collega's en betrokkenen.
Wij bieden een salaris tussen €2.546 en €3.564 bruto per maand, 25 vakantiedagen, en flexibele contract mogelijkheden.
