Long-Lewis of Cullman is seeking motivated individuals to join our Service team as Automotive Apprentices. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for those with a tech background and an oil change certification to gain hands‑on experience while learning from our Certified Service Technicians. As an apprentice, you will work towards advancing your skills and knowledge, with the potential to grow into a Service Technician role.

• Assist Certified Service Technicians in performing a variety of automotive services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and general vehicle maintenance.
• Support vehicle inspections and help maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Learn to conduct thorough vehicle check‑ups and assist in preparing Vehicle Check‑Up Reports.
• Engage with customers to provide information and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid oil change certification.
• Some training or experience in automotive repair and maintenance is preferred.
• Unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong physical dexterity and stamina.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent communication skills.
