A trucking company is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to provide administrative support and customer service. The ideal candidate will effectively manage orders and assist with logistics while acting as a backup for Customer Service Representatives. Required qualifications include strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a high school diploma. Prior experience in customer service and knowledge of transportation is preferred.

This is a full-time role with a shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
