Job Summary:
- Performindividualized patient care under direct supervision of primary nurse.
- Demonstrate and encourageteam behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
- Upholdand promotepatient safety and quality.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Successful graduation and certification from accredited patient care assistant program or certified nursing assistant program required. Must be BLS certified.
Experience:
Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred. Knowledge of basic patient care methods, procedures and techniques required.
Additional Skills/Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal skills required. Proficient oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills required.
