Registered Respiratory Therapist

Cullman Regional Medical Center is a 145‑bed, fully accredited medical center that serves more than 175,000 residents in a six‑county area and has been a part of the community since 1939. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide quality patient care as a member of the Respiratory Team, develop and ensure the patient plan of care collaboration with physicians, registered nurses, therapists and nursing assistants.

• Evaluate patient and recommend a treatment plan
• Provide respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions
• Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes
• Perform timely and accurate documentation
• Promote continuous quality improvement
• Teach and counsel patients/families

Education:

Must be a graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program and licensed in the State of AL. Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist.

Experience:

Critical Care experience in a hospital setting preferred.
