Overview
The Neighborhood at Cullman is seeking Med Techs / Certified Medication Aides to join their team. Shift: Tuesday–Friday 2p–10p / 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities- Monitor the health and well-being of residents and provide leadership support and assistance with resident care and services.
- Medication care, administration, and related documentation.
- Communicate with resident support services and families.
- Maintain clinical quality assurance while leading and supporting all elements of wellness aligned with Phoenix programs and services.
- Assist with obtaining weights and vital signs monthly for each resident prior to completion of monthly wellness visit.
- Assist with resident care as needed.
- Must be a certified Medication Aide and/or meet state requirements for medication aide.
- Minimum of one year of experience working with elders or disabled individuals (preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Knowledge/experience in Assisted Living, Dementia care, or Skilled Nursing (preferred).
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours; available during peak service days/times.
