About the Position:

Wheeles & Garmon, LLP (d/b/a Wheeles & Garmon, Attorneys at Law), a growing civil litigation law firm, is seeking a full-time Paralegal to join our Cullman, Alabama office. We handle complex product liability, defective firearm, wrongful death, and life-changing injury cases across the United States and are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, growth-oriented, and dependable team member to support our attorneys in all stages of litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist attorneys with client communication and correspondence.

· Calendar and manage critical court and case deadlines.

· Draft responses to discovery requests sent to our clients.

· Help draft written discovery to be served on opposing parties.

· Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and other materials for hearings and trials.

· Provide general litigation support as needed throughout each case.

Qualifications:

· Prior paralegal or legal assistant experience preferred (litigation experience strongly favored)

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with case management software
