The General Manager is the Restaurant Leader. This position is key to the success of an individual Restaurant. The GM is focused on sales goals, employee performance, and company policies and practices. They use the systems and processes in place to maximize profits, satisfy guests, and develop our teams. This position reports to the District Manager.
Responsibilities- Drive sales and profitability while meeting company targets.
- Lead restaurant team performance, training, development, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Utilize operating systems and processes to maximize profits and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with and report to the District Manager.
- Minimum two years of management experience
- High school education
- Quick Service Restaurant experience required
- Valid driver’s license
