Shift Manager

Overview

Shift Manager role at McDonald's. We are seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts, provide coaching and direction to crew and other managers, and help run a business that delivers quality food and excellent service.

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance
• Ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to facilitate a smooth handoff and ongoing shift readiness
• Meet targets during shifts and help departments achieve their goals
• Maintain daily maintenance and cleanliness
• Manage scheduling and training

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy a fast-paced environment and have the passion to lead.

• $16.50/hr to $22.00/hr starting pay
