Pilgrim's - : [General Laborer] As a Hatchery Laborer at Pilgrim's, you'll:
Transfer eggs into trays and onto egg buggies;
Walk houses to remove any mortality and egg jams;
Clean and disinfect the egg room weekly;
Assume responsibility for assigning work and meeting schedules within the work group in the absence of the supervisor or lead person;
Push full egg buggies into egg coolers;
Follow egg handling procedures and culling procedures.
