The CNC Production Operator operates CNC/manual machining and painting equipment to produce finished goods, adhering to production processes and meeting customer specifications and goals.
This is an 8-hour shift position. Starting pay is $23.97/hr, with a $1.00/hr shift premium for 2nd or 3rd shifts. The top pay is $28.64/hr, typically reached within 1 year.
Available shifts: 2nd (3p-11p) and 3rd (11p-7a).
Applicants must include full work history or attach a resume.
Essential Functions
- Knowledge of machinery, equipment, and work instructions.
- Setup and operate production equipment, adjusting CNC programming as needed.
- Calibrate and use measurement tools.
- Use production equipment to meet goals.
- Perform hourly quality checks.
- Move materials and finished goods using a forklift.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow safety procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications
- Mechanical skills, ability to read micrometers, blueprints, and calipers.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to work all department jobs.
Experience
- 0-1 years manufacturing experience.
- CNC and blueprint reading experience preferred.
