Lead Process Technician – 2nd & 3rd Shift
Royal Technologies Corp. is seeking a hands‑on Lead Process Technician (Molding Supervisor) to work the 2nd & 3rd shifts. The role is located in our Cullman, AL facility and reports to the Production Manager.

What You’ll Do- Troubleshoot injection molding processes and equipment, develop corrective actions for customer issues, and propose improvements.
- Operate molding equipment, including climbing in and out of machines for mold and color changes.
- Prioritize production orders and oversee the production of quality products to meet customer standards and needs.
- Maintain work area, equipment, and molds to keep an organized workplace and provide proper tools.
- Ensure machine safety and follow all prescribed lock out procedures.
- Schedule team machine assignments and break coverage to hit daily goals.
- Collaborate with current Molding Supervisors to learn leadership of a small team (3‑6 operators).
- Practice writing and conducting employee performance evaluations.
- Lift up to 55 lbs.
- Stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for prolonged periods.
- Bend and stoop as necessary.
- Use fingers, hands, and arms with dexterity and maintain hand‑eye coordination.
- All employees must wear approved safety glasses.
$26‑$33.00/hr plus quarterly bonuses.
What You’ll Bring- Hands‑on technical experience preferred (utility, maintenance, process tech, etc.).
- Experience with injection molding equipment is a plus.
- High school diploma/GED or 3‑5 years of solid manufacturing experience.
- Willing and able to work 45‑50 hours per week.
- Some training required on first shift (8 am‑4 pm) for a primarily third‑shift position.
- Interest in developing into a leadership role; prior leadership experience is greatly appreciated.
- No Sunday work.
- Weekly pay.
