The Forklift Driver/Material Handler role supports our production and shipping/receiving departments. The position reports directly to the Materials Supervisor and supports 2nd shift (4pm-12am) or 3rd shift (12am-8am) at our Cullman, AL facility.

• Operate a sit-down forklift.
• Warehouse finished goods and raw material.
• Supply manufacturing with raw materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Load and unload trucks.

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of computers and warehousing functions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis.
• Ability to operate a sit-down forklift.
• Willing and able to work overtime as needed (8‑12 hour shifts and/or potential Saturdays).
• Ability to work 2nd Shift (4pm-12am) or 3rd Shift (12am-8am).
