Perfection Chain Products has an opportunity available for a Packaging Operator! This position starts at $12 an hour and is eligible for our full benefits package. The workweek is full-time (40 hours per week with overtime opportunities) from Monday to Friday. The position is on-site at our facility in Cullman, Alabama.

Starting pay: $12 per hour

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Perfection Chain Products (PCP), established in 1848, is the largest producer of weldless chain products in North America. We are hiring entry-level packaging operators to assemble and perform secondary operations on chain and wire forms.

Duties include:

• Operate various tabletop fixtures, small equipment, and larger tonnage presses.
• Package chain, wire forms, and assemblies into containers.
• Prepare pallets for storage and shipment.

This role involves working in a warehouse environment, standing and walking during most shifts.

Ideal candidate qualities:

• No specific skills or experience required; a good attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
• Willingness to stand and walk for most of the 8-hour shift.
• Interest in working in a warehouse setting.
• Good attendance and attitude.
• Respect for safety principles in warehouse and manufacturing environments.
