Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage the nursing staff, upholding quality standards, policies, and proceduresCoordinate patient care by scheduling and assigning nursing staffEvaluate nursing activities to ensure high‑quality patient care, strong team relations, and efficient servicesMonitor patient care quality and assist with patient care as neededRespond to complex, urgent, or emergent situationsAct as a liaison between staff, physicians, and other departments to facilitate effective communicationMentor and develop nursing staff, promoting professional growth and trainingQualifications
