OverviewThe Director of Nursing / Branch Director will oversee the operations of our home health agency in Cullman, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and compliance with Medicare regulations.
This role provides leadership, guidance, and support to our clinical and non-clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Supervise the clinical operations of the field staff and report directly to the Agency Administrator.
- Organize, detail-oriented and possess effective communication skills orally and in writing.
- Understand the issues related to the delivery of home health care services and problem solve.
- Review plans of care daily, applying OASIS and Medicare guidelines.
- Registered Nurse licensed in the state.
- Graduate of an approved professional nursing school.
- Minimum of one-year nursing experience within the last 36 months.
- Medicare home health experience strongly preferred.
- Previous management/supervisory experience preferred.
- Current driver’s license and automobile insurance.
