* Job Summary:
*** Delegate assignments to team members based on complexity, staff education and competency.
* Administer medication, IV therapy, and nursing polices.
* Make rounds on new admits as well as any issues.
* Evaluate staffing based on census and make changes accordingly.
* Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
* Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.## Qualifications

* Education:
** Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state of Alabama.
*
* Experience:
** Minimum 1 year experience as a registered nurse. Supervisor experience preferred.
** Additional Skills/Abilities:
** Possess excellent interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with guests. Proficient oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills required. Must be ACLS certified.
