Management positions are full time only.

• Review the store’s P&L, assist in scheduling, and follow the GM’s direction to reach cost goals
• Master menu and product knowledge
• Serve guests and make meaningful connections with them
• Be responsible for the restaurant and the team working
• Set the tone for the shift and give clear, calm directions to your staff about their duties
• Supervise and mentor staff members and manage quality crew development, motivation, training and evaluations
• Support or work stations when needed (kitchen included)
• Assist the GM in interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees
• Follow proper cash handling and payment procedures
• Maintain Health Department Standards throughout each shift
• Follow proper Alcohol Handling policies and procedures
• Proper food handling and storage of food products
• Maintain proper hygiene, uniform, and appearance

• Must be 21 years of age
• Minimum of 1-3 years of management experience
• Prior knowledge of Profit and Loss statements preferred
• Working knowledge of Google Suite and computer literacy
• Strong work ethic, desire to exceed guests’ expectations, and a real passion for fresh food
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

A typical work day at Taziki’s may look like:

• Morning shift – 7am – 4pm*
• Mid shift – 10am – 8pm*
• Evenings – 3pm – 10pm*
• Weekends – when applicable
• Holidays – when applicable (always CLOSED Thanksgiving & Christmas!)
