Overview
The Shift Manager-Franchise - 4178 - 2nd Ave NW - Cullman, AL (Cullman, AL) role at Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants involves assisting the management team to ensure guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on every shift. They are the Every Shift Leader. This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises restaurant employees. We look for motivated, service-oriented individuals with a high school education or GED and a valid driver's license to fulfill this important position.
Responsibilities- Assist the management team in delivering guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each shift.
- Lead as the Every Shift Leader and supervise restaurant employees on shift.
- Report to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and support daily operations.
- High school education or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- Motivated, service-oriented with the ability to supervise and lead a team on shift.
