• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and timely completion of related reports to meet financial and operational goals.
• Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors, ensuring consistent company standards in all Associate and Customer interactions.
• Maintain store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs to meet operational expectations.
• Develop and execute talent plans to promote associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing to meet business needs.
• Perform all functions to open and close the store when needed and any additional assigned duties.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday season, and regularly.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods and work safely.
