$14 – $27 per hour.

Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, recommend merchandise based on customer needs, and ensure home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
