Perfection Chain Products is seeking a motivated and results oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team at our Cullman, Alabama facility.

This position will work directly with an Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow business within an assigned sales territory. The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in maintaining existing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and supporting the overall sales objectives of the territory.

This is an office-based position with no travel required.

• Partner closely with the assigned Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow sales within a designated territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and follow-up.
• Proactively contact customers and prospects to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on open quotes, and convert opportunities into sales.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product information, pricing, availability, and lead times.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the Outside Sales Representative on customer needs, account strategies, and territory growth opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales through additional product offerings and customer development.
• Work closely with production, purchasing, and shipping departments to meet customer expectations.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales records, and order details.
• Contribute to achieving established territory sales goals and company objectives.

• Previous inside sales, customer service, or account management experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, or distribution is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with order management systems preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently and as part of a sales team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a customer‑focused approach.
