Key Responsibilities Assist in routine and preventative maintenance tasks throughout the facility.Conduct inspections of premises and equipment to identify maintenance needs.Perform minor repairs, including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC systems.Respond to urgent maintenance calls and participate in resolving emergency situations.Collaborate with the maintenance team to prepare for and complete renovation projects.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.Maintain records of maintenance and repair work.Qualifications
