We are working closely with a welcoming, well‑organised primary school seeking to secure a committed HLTA for long‑term supply placement:
- 4 days per week
- Guaranteed until July 2026
- Excellent stability and long‑term consistency
- Providing PPA cover across various year groups
- Delivering ECT cover, including leading whole‑class teaching (sometimes independently, without TA support)
- Running targeted small‑group interventions to improve pupils’ phonics, language link and speech link
- Supporting pupils’ progress while maintaining a positive, structured learning environment
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring continuity, consistency, and high‑quality learning for pupils across the school.
Who We’re Looking ForWe would love to hear from you if you are:
- A qualified HLTA, or an experienced TA with HLTA‑level capability
- Confident delivering lessons to whole classes
- Skilled in supporting primary‑aged children across a variety of needs
- Competent with intervention programmes such as Phonics, Language Link, or Speech Link
- Flexible, reliable, and passionate about supporting teaching and learning
- Long‑term stability in a supportive, forward‑thinking school

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
