Salary: £48,000 - £55,000 DOE

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and visionary Registered Manager to lead a well-established children's residential home for a leading specialist provider. Key responsibilities include:

* Leading and inspiring a committed team to deliver high-quality, child-centered care

* Ensuring the home provides a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for all young people

* Promoting positive behavior and supporting individual development plans

* Building strong relationships with young people, listening to their views, and engaging with their hobbies and interests

* Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and safeguarding policies

* Managing operational duties, including staff supervision, training, and performance reviews

* Driving continuous improvement and professional development within the team

What we are looking for:

* Proven experience in children’s residential care and managing a team

* Either a Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or willing to achieve it

* Strong leadership skills with a genuine passion for making a difference in young lives

* Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges

* A committed individual who values safeguarding and child welfare practices

* Demonstrated ability to lead with heart, enthusiasm, and purpose
