Forklift Driver

The Forklift Driver role in Cullompton, offered through Pertemps Bristol Perm Hub, requires a licensed counterbalance operator. This full‑time position, paying £14.57 per hour, follows a Monday to Thursday shift pattern from 16:30 to 02:30. Duties include moving materials and finished goods across production areas, loading and unloading vehicles, and maintaining a clean workspace.

• Operating counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
• Working across a variety of production areas to support manufacturing operations
• Supplying production lines with materials and removing finished goods
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Assisting with general production and warehouse duties as required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following production schedules and work instructions

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence or Forklift Experience
• Previous production, manufacturing or warehouse experience is desirable
• Good attention to detail and a strong focus on safety
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
