Pay : £46,800 - £53,820 basic
Hours : M-F 7am-5pm (45hrs)

Full time permanent role paid weekly
We are currently seeking a skilled HGV Mechanic / Technician / Fitter to provide service, maintenance, and breakdown support for an internal fleet of commercial vehicles (trucks and trailers) and for third party customer vehicles. You will be based out of a new purpose built workshop in the Cullompton area.
HGV Mechanic / Technician / Fitter Duties- Carry out routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on heavy goods vehicles
- Trouble shoot breakdowns
- Prepare and present vehicles for annual MOT tests
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and body system issues
- Accurately record maintenance, repairs, and parts usage
- Qualifications in vehicle maintenance or qualified by experience working on HGV’s
- Strong technical and product knowledge
- Excellent diagnostic and computer skills
- Any knowledge / experience of refuse collection vehicles is desirable but not essential
- HGV Licence desirable but not essential
