Automotive Tire Technician (New Hire Bonus)
Join Mavis Tire as an Automotive Tire Technician and help keep vehicles safe for our customers. The starting base rate is negotiable and you will receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period, totaling up to $800.
As a member of our team you will install new tires and wheels, perform tire services—including rotations, balancing, and flat repairs—and participate in our weekly performance-based incentive programs.
- Responsibilities
- No prior experience required; we provide paid training.
- Install new tires and wheels.
- Perform tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repair.
- Track and complete each service to earn weekly bonus payments.
- Provide best‑in‑class automotive service while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Qualifications
- Age 18 or older.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Available to work five days a week.
- Motivated by commission/incentive compensation and team‑oriented work.
