Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Shift Managers provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and scheduling each shift.
• Monitoring performance and taking action to meet company standards.
• Ensuring safety, security and profitability.
• Transporting information to the next Shift Manager.
• Helping departments meet their goals.

• Previous leadership experience preferred (restaurant, retail, hospitality).
