Playroom Attendant (Part‑time)
Calling all those with a passion for childcare and a flair for fun! We want you to join our team as an adventure coordinator for Tiny Humans!
Culpeper Wellness Foundation is seeking energetic, responsible candidates for the part‑time Playroom Attendant positions. The ideal candidate will be available year‑round for morning shifts and evening shifts and have previous childcare experience and current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications (preferred). If not certified, training is provided. Candidates will be actively engaged with children from ages six weeks to 12 years old and should have strong communication, interpersonal, and multi‑tasking skills, a high level of patience, the ability to enforce rules, manage conflict, and carry out instruction.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a squeaky‑clean and safe environment where tiny adventurers can roam free.
- Ensure the playroom is toddler/baby‑proof at all times.
- Maintain order and discipline, creating balance in the playroom.
- Pick up after children swiftly and respectfully.
- Field questions from members and guests and follow through promptly.
- Create memories and build relationships that last longer than naptime.
