Are you a people-person who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? Powell Wellness Center is seeking a Member Services Representative to support membership sales, enrollment, and retention efforts while delivering outstanding service to members and guests. This role plays a vital part in the daily operations of the Member Services department, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, helpful, and professional.

You’ll assist with member onboarding, conduct facility tours, process transactions, and serve as a key point of contact for all membership-related questions. We’re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others reach their wellness goals.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support membership sales and retention by meeting or exceeding monthly goals
  • Conduct tours for potential members and follow up with prospects
  • Track and report membership and sales data
  • Educate members on services, policies, and class offerings
  • Promote programs, classes, and special events
  • Keep the Member Services area clean and well-organized
  • Respond promptly to member inquiries and ensure proper follow-up
  • Provide exceptional service to build strong member relationships
  • Support the team with additional duties as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
  • At least one year of sales and/or customer service experience
  • Experience with cash handling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn membership software
  • Able to multitask with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and service-driven
