Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

UVA Community Health is seeking to employ an Inpatient Hospitalist NP or PA to join our rapidly growing provider team at Culpeper Medical Center. Responsibilities include:

• Visiting bedside and answering questions
• Ordering tests, medications and treatments
• Communicating with patients, their families and their primary care physician on condition and care
• Consulting with additional specialists, as needed
• Providing discharge instructions about further care, medication and follow-up
• Sending a hospital care summary to your primary care physician
