We are seeking compassionate and motivated full‑time Registered Nurses to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting youth with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co‑occurring behavioral health needs at the Youth Crisis Therapeutic Home (YCTH) in Culpeper, VA.

• Base pay: $75,000–$80,000 per year for full time; $40/hr & up for part time weekends.
• $10,000 sign‑on and retention bonus for full‑time new hire nurses; $5,000 for part‑time.

• Full time:
  Monday‑Friday, 3 pm‑11 pm.
• Part time:
  Saturday & Sunday, 7 p‑7 a.

• Provide compassionate medical and nursing support to youth with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co‑occurring behavioral health needs.
• Administer medications safely per clinical protocols.
• Conduct nursing assessments.
• Educate and empower individuals regarding their mental and physical health.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, person‑centered care.
• Oversee and assist behavior technicians.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all nursing services and observations.
• Uphold compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards.

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Virginia.
• Experience and knowledge of mental health and I/DD systems of care preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in crisis prevention and intervention services preferred.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance for occasional transportation.
