Join as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Easterseals PORT Health.

$30.00/hr - $36.00/hr your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

• Monday‑Friday 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
• Monday‑Friday 11:00 pm – 7:00 am

Provide compassionate medical and nursing support to youth with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co‑occurring behavioral health needs in our Youth Crisis Therapeutic Home (YCTH) in Culpeper, VA.

• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Conduct nursing assessments.
• Educate and empower individuals regarding their mental and physical health.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, person‑centered care.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all nursing services and observations.
• Uphold compliance with all regulatory and clinical care standards to ensure the highest quality of service.

• Competitive rate: $30.00–$36.00 per hour for this full‑time, non‑exempt position.
• Sign‑on and retention bonus: $10,000 for full‑time, new‑hire nurses (paid at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year).

• Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse credential in the state of Virginia.
• Knowledge of mental health and I/DD systems of care preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in crisis prevention and intervention services preferred.
• A valid driver's license and car insurance to travel to occasional appointments.
