Home Care Aide

Job Description

Touching Hearts at Home is seeking full‑time Home Care Aides who are compassionate, patient, and reliable. As a caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support in a well‑organized and timely manner, working one‑to‑one with clients on a variety of tasks related to their individual plan of care. Our mission is to empower older adults and those living with disabilities to age in place while upholding their dignity and independence in the comfort of their homes.

• Provide social companionship, reminders, and support with daily living tasks.
• Assist with transportation and companionship to appointments, errands, and social outings.
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide standby assistance with personal hygiene.
• Offer overnight safety assistance.

• A compassionate heart for older adults, excellent customer service, and creative problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of application.
• Reliable, insured vehicle available for client shifts, and willingness to travel up to 15 miles for scheduled shifts.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
• Daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone.
• Completion of a drug‑free workplace criminal background and driving record check.

• Competitive salary ($15.00‑$20.00 per hour).
