Obedient Solutions is seeking an experienced
Senior HR Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant
to support an anticipated local-government Human Resources services contract.

This position is contingent upon contract award and subsequent work authorization. Work will be performed on an on-call, as-needed basis, and no minimum number of hours is guaranteed.

The selected professional will support comprehensive recruitment activities for positions at various organizational levels and work closely with Obedient Solutions leadership and government-client stakeholders.

• Develop position descriptions and candidate profiles.
• Identify appropriate industry-specific recruiting platforms.
• Conduct nationwide candidate sourcing and recruitment.
• Build and manage qualified candidate pools.
• Conduct candidate outreach and preliminary screening.
• Evaluate candidates against established selection requirements.
• Assist candidates with application requirements and documentation.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and coordinate structured interview processes.
• Develop job-related interview questions and evaluation criteria.
• Verify education, licenses, certifications, and other credentials.
• Conduct comprehensive professional reference checks.
• Evaluate candidates' strengths, development areas, and overall suitability.
• Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and candidate-pool reviews.
• Assist with compensation discussions involving preferred candidates.
• Maintain appropriate confidentiality throughout the recruiting process.

• 5+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related HR experience.
• Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates at the local, regional, and national levels.
• Government, municipal, public-sector, or government-contracting recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience conducting professional candidate interviews and assessments.
• Experience performing reference and credential verification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare professional candidate assessments and recommendations.
• Experience working directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and candidate-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or similar HR certification is a plus.
