Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to ensure a safe, injury-free workplace in compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.

• Proactively identify and resolve production challenges to meet daily goals and prevent recurrence of issues.

• Conduct daily team meetings to communicate goals and set clear expectations.

• Monitor production flow hourly, remove bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Coach and mentor associates, fostering skill development and building team strength.

• Support associates through operational changes and act as a vital communication bridge between management and the production team.

• Audit quality, safety, and scrap performance; recommend and implement improvements.

• Assist in developing standardized work procedures and ensure adherence to Leader Standard Work.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve processes, workflow, and materials delivery.

• Review production schedules, allocate labor effectively, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives and apply problem-solving skills to enhance production and working conditions.

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

• Proven problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities.

• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles (or a willingness to learn).

This role requires frequent bending, lifting, and moving objects up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed.

Compensation: $70,000 per year
