• Troubleshoot high‑tech industrial machinery, motors, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Lead equipment upgrades and process improvements
• Mentor junior technicians and share your know‑how

• 2+ years working with electrical systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical skills and problem‑solving mindset
• Passion for safety and compliance (LOTO, OSHA, NFPA 70E)
