EKHO Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a hands-on Lead Fabricator to support daily fabrication and welding in our precast facility in Culpeper, VA. This role reports to the Plant Manager and works with the Project Manager to keep production on schedule and ensure safety and quality.
Responsibilities include guiding Fabricators and Helpers, interpreting blueprints, performing MIG welding, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment while complying with PPE and safety policies.
