Palliative Care Nurse, Nurse Practitioner
Overview
We are looking for a Hospice Care Consultant Family and Physician Liaison to join our team. This position will directly report to the AVP of Business Development and is responsible for developing early and appropriate referrals through the selection, acquisition, retention, and growth of business partnerships with Physician practice and Nurse Practitioner referral sources.
- Acting as a brand champion, ensure that the mission, vision and values of our company are understood and carried out consistently
- Establish professional relationships with physicians, Nurse Practitioners, their practice support teams, and health care decision makers through on-going education and deployment of successful sales strategies
- Provide support with clinical and operational counterparts to establish, implement and achieve short- and long- range goals, objectives, policies and operating standards
- Have a proven track record of success in selling to Physicians and Nurse Practitioners
- Is self-motivated to succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or communications preferred, or a combination of education and experience
- Minimum of two years’ experience in Physician referral development, marketing or sales within a healthcare facility or medical related company. Current relationships with Physicians and Nurse Practitioners in the area. A proven track record of success
- Possesses consultative marketing skills
- Knowledge of Physician practices, community resources; understanding of hospice
