We are hiring a QA/QC Manager with a strong background in electrical construction to support a mission‑critical data center project in Culpeper, VA. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and performance throughout project execution.

There is no per diem or travel assistance. Must be local or willing to commute/relocate to the job site.

• Oversee and implement project‑specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) programs for all electrical construction activities.
• Perform inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate QA/QC records and reporting to support project milestones and closeout.
• Ensure all work meets AECOM’s standards for safety, quality, and operational excellence
  .

• Several years of experience in electrical construction quality management within large‑scale or mission‑critical projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and QA/QC documentation
  .
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively on‑site with diverse project teams.
• Experience with data centers or industrial electrical systems is highly desirable.
