The primary purpose of this job is to enter orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members, receive, store, and stock items, check dates, track and record product loss from damage and out of codes, and do all department tasks as needed.

• Promptly, at the start of the shift, review the work schedule, check the equipment and supplies required to perform the work scheduled, comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, and prepare for duties.
• Enter orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members, receive, store, and stock items, check dates, change pricing of items going out of code, and perform all department tasks as needed.
• Unload milk truck, move pallets to cooler, and unload pallets.
• Load U-boat with stocking items, push U-boat to dairy, stock shelves with items, and remove out of code items.
• Move U-boat from receiving or from freezer to aisles, unload U-boat, open freezer door, and restock frozen food items.
• Cut or hit cardboard cartons to flatten them, load them onto U-boat, and take them to the bailer.

• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

• Shift hours: minimum 8-hour shifts or more depending upon business needs

• Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

• Team members are responsible for understanding company policy and procedures as promulgated in the policy and procedure manual and the team member handbook.
• Know MSDS information about all materials used during work.
• Must complete and follow Lockout/Tagout training.
• Must complete and follow Confined Space training.
• Must complete Right-to-Know training.
